Returns and Exchanges

As Miarante pieces are made to order and/or are one of a kind we cannot offer any returns. Exchanges or store credit is granted within 14 days of the item received date. Please contact me at jenni@miarante.com immediately if you would like an exchange/store credit. 

If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase we cannot offer an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned to us securely packaged in bubble wrap and returned back to us in the original packaging or a well secured box. We require tracking or signature required for all returned items and cannot be held responsible or grant refunds for missing items.

All returns and exchange requests MUST emailed to jenni@miarante.com. Simply put your full name and order number in the Subject title along with "RETURN REQUEST". Once confirmed:

Shipping
Customers are required to pay return shipping for refunded items. For exchanges we the customer is required to pay return shipping and shipping of the new item back to them. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received please allow 5 business days for us to process your exchange/credit or to send out your new item. 

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, all sale items are final sale. This includes special discounts/discount codes.

Warranty / Replacements / Repairs
We have a 1 month warranty guarantee and will repair or replace items if they are deemed defective or damaged on arrival or if a stone falls out. This does not include general wear and tear. For general wear and tear repairs the customer is required to pay for the repair which will be determined once we receive the item, plus the return shipping and re-shipping of the item. 

For repairs follow the return email procedure as stated above but do not send the item back until we contact you.

Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and given to the recipient at a later date and you would like to exchange the item, we can offer store credit or exchange.
